Future Leadership Circle – Rethinking Leadership, Shaping the Future
Leadership in times of transformation is more challenging than ever. Change is rapid, complexity is increasing, and classic management approaches often fall short. So how do we lead in a world that is changing daily?
With the Future Leadership Circle, we have created a unique platform to delve into the topics that are relevant to leaders today and tomorrow. Together with Lars Thomsen, Marco Baier, and Helmut Wahl, 11 forward-thinking leaders experienced a two-day retreat at the inspiring Black Forest House 1650 – a place of clarity and foresight. Here, new perspectives emerged on leadership, the possibilities of AI, and the future of work. The goal was not simply to impart knowledge, but rather to engage in collaborative learning, discovery, and development.
The key questions that guided us were:

The Future Leadership Circle was not conceived as a traditional seminar, but as an exclusive platform for open exchange among entrepreneurs with the clear objective of transformation.
We discussed, questioned, formulated theories, and explored potential solutions. We listened, and we laughed. We went hiking and were able to experience the Black Forest at its most beautiful, all while continuing our discussions. We also shared delicious food and sampled local wines...
